A few things to note:
- We will require more information from you after the project has started. That will need to be provided via email.
- Rebranding Projects will begin in Januaray 2021. Payments must be made in full prior to project start date, which will be provided via email.
- The cost for hosting is $29.99 and the first, active month has been included. The annual cost of hosting is $323.89
- You may NOT add or eliminate any services with this Special.
- We build and customize our websites on WordPress using Divi or other Elegant theme resources, a user-friendly visual builder. This means that when your website is complete, you can make updates on your own with little to no help. This package does not include UI Animation and will request that you provide us with 3 example websites to help us identify the look, features, and functionality that you are aiming for.
- Custom Logo design includes up to 3 Concepts and 3 Revisions. A Concept refers to the design and structure of the logo and Revision refers to minor changes to the concept. For example, we create an initial design that has food on a plate that would be considered Concept one. If you review this concept and do not approve and wish to see additional concepts you will have 2 Concepts left within your payment option. Therefore the next design may be the letters EY using specific typography with the text spelling out the meaning this would be considered a new design and would be Concept 2. If you decided you wanted to move forward with Concept 2 then we would request an approval and revision request. Requests for revisions could be made at that time. Revisions are limited to 3 requests (but each request is not limited so take your time and capture as many minor changes as you would like to have completed ensuring you do not go over your 3 revision requests.)
- We do not assist with developing content unless requested. The rate for brand identity and development starts at $150 per hour as this is considered part of brand identity. We make suggestions/recommendations but you must give the final approval.
- Additional Logo Concept Designs can be requested at an additional cost.
- Website is created in phases. Once the website framework is approved, any change to this framework will incur an additional charge.
- We work within a timeline. You will be provided with a policy and project completion process form. Your payment indicates that you agree with the information provided on this form. You will be asked to read and electronically sign a form prior to the work beginning as a final agreement.
- We have a strict NO REFUND or TRANSFER policy. Work completed is non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds processed after work has begun. Delays to project scheduled caused by clients will result in a rescheduling fee as applicable described in our Policies and Project Completion Process attached
